Manor House, or Fieldhead as it was originally named, was a beautiful home designed to be enjoyed. How fitting that it has been restored to do exactly that, in the form of a beautiful boutique hotel located in the heart of Lindley, Huddersfield.

The beautiful Grade II listed, Georgian Manor House was originally a residence for James Nield Sykes, the owner of Acre Mills. James was a clever chap who commissioned his nephew to design the landmark Clock Tower as an alarm clock for his workers, completed in 1902. No excuse to be late for work in Lindley!
